A hypothetical reduction in false negatives, even by 10%, could prevent 191 patients from advancing to later-stage cancer annually. This improvement could translate into saving approximately 85 lives and a potential £40.9 million boost to the economy each year due to decreased treatment costs and increased patient productivity.
